Angela Merkel reiterates her decision not to admit Ukraine to NATO, the dpa agency said on Monday, which asked the former German chancellor to comment on the critical words of Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky after the disclosure of Russian war crimes in Bucza.

At the same time, she stressed that "the former chancellor supports international efforts to end Russian aggression in Ukraine."
