When u see your friends at starbucks and you can only afford kopi shop, it's stress.
When yours is hdb, friends landed, very stress. 
Mental stress is worse than physical stress. 
My time, take 3 jobs felt very happy.

I only feel stress when my wife nags at me.

Life is short, don’t waste time to stress on material stuff. You need to look beyond it.

Even if you live in landed,
it doesn’t mean you will be happy.
I believe what you take from the nature, you will need to return it at the end of the day.

The only thing that can make you happy is be yourself. The rest are not important.
