I came across this poignant post by blogger Gintai made earlier this year and I think we have to reflect on what he said.

Whatever our disagreement with the govt, we cannot jump into conclusions.

This is a lesson for opposition politicians and opposition supporters you need to talk to people to get to the heart of the problem and understand their life challenges.

If Lim Tean has not apologised,  he should.

A few years back I remember SDP trying to take cheap shots at the govt by using Fandi Admad plight when his wife got sick. Fundi got angry and told them off.
