Property agents do not just do buy sell only. Rental is also part of their lobang. With so many foreigner come Spore study, they need accommodation and those say from China atas cities come here is rent condo not HDB so rent condo is a few K each month good commission for agents. I saw a lot complain agents "eat" those China students by giving them good photos but they come Spore see different unit. And those "eat" them agents are China agents in Spore own ppl eat own ppl har har.

last known from my cousin frd who hold director post in a property company. What I know some agents target landed house. They don't do much on HDB resale or rent. Partly obviously landed house commission is more.
