TLDR: Hezbollah says Palestinians planned and carried out the attacks as Hezbollah heard no word from HAMA about such plan! Palestinians bo leh! So Israel is wrong to bomb HAMA.

I don't know what your link has anything to do with helicopter. Furthermore, the helicopter has been geolocated to be not at festival but at the border. Spreading fake news not gonna help your case, it just further highlight antisemitism.
