If you use for CKT, after frying need to soak in the lard oil. Then add back when frying the noodles is almost done

I don’t aspire to be like Warren Buffett but to be like bro dynamite.
Therefore I ate ckt for lunch. Ate the white version without the sweet black sauce. Uncle gave lots of crispy pork lard today.

Tide change, pork lard is found healthier than most veg oil.

That I suspect was for marketing purposes. I never used vegetable oil for cooking, never believed all that crap promoting them. Olive oil is fine with me.
