They are being watched and targeted when they are not home especially during longer holidays when they are not home. Those criminals that target them are not ordinary ones. They know exactly how to disarm the house alarm and take their time to search out valuables.

Karawara has many cheap units rented by welfare takers. They have not much money and very free. Ride a stolen bike around and look for for targets. Steal clothing from drying clothing lines. Beg for money. Probably some rob and extort money also.

The same thing happened in Melbourne, almost all the 200+ suburbs are affected, the only difference is higher or lower rate.
