Actually the moment I see the keywords "fabricating claims records for services rendered by external parties", my immediate reaction is called CPIB..
Look like LKY's high standard of 'no' corruption is really going down the drain..
1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
