Last time these Otters go around here and there etc NEA never do anything is after more and more Landed property owner their expensive koi get eaten etc than Action.

Because over the months got Landed property owners highlight their expensive Koi been eaten by Otters. Recently also got. Reported on Media.
That foreigner got injury last time also got report on news but that time NEA haven't action yet.
I think many some landed property owner been affected stay near " some Minister " maybe that why. Also Minister also worry for themselves wait Otters visit their landed house too.
