Cannot get GST money
So how govt verify ? Another one didn’t get whereas another one do PHV can get

If the person work can check the income tax he pay so he cannot get gst lah while others not work as driver declared income low can get loh.. conclusion no work changes can get.

Govt already forcing phv to pay cpf, won't be able to get free money that easily anymore

Your friend who rented out the whole unit declared to HDB that he rented out the whole unit? Correct?
