My explanation is this.
During pandemic people work from home.
Spend more time with family.
They could not travel use their car or go shopping or out to spend money.
They find the can live on less and are happier.
Hence they decide to leave stressful unhappy unfulfilling jobs.

Life is not above working.
You are wasting your precious life.
Once AI wave comes, we will be enjoying our life better. Our jobs will be replaced by Robots. We will also no need to worry about food. We also no need to worry about $$$.
$$$ will be useless in the coming future.
At least 90% of the current human jobs can be replaced by robots.

summary he like indirectly against head hunter company go snatch talents.
I mean what he talking? All along HeadHunter companies are out there helping companies finding the best talents so offer Higher wages , bonus to attract them hop from one company to other.
Seriously these Chan Chun Sing etc ..This is why I say These people ALL Along work as Civil servant , public sectors
Their mindset Only think of Civil service working Culture " As if " same in Private sectors
