Freaking hard to get through for enquiries..
Companies resort to live chats...failed to solve queries  and then thank you..bye bye..

Said if younger like them find it so difficult...what about the seniors? HELP !!!

Tech is also another hype and rubbish.

CDP for example. 
Now so difficult to transfer shares. 
Most making the transfer are seniors.
Everything is digital. 
Download form, pay transfer fees online
Video again 
Can't they have an option for those not familiar with the system?

Yes....they just bulldozed through...assuming all are IT savvy and versatile. 

Hope the relevant authorities are reading this.
