OA has the largest balances so, interest rate lowest @ 2.50% pa.
CPF members collecting less interest and CPF Board helping GIC in making more profits.

I remember PM lee claim during one NDR
He claim those never use their OA buy HDB flat will get more back when reach withdraw age.
