Bring the contact to mom loh. Non competition clause so easily to establish legally meh.

If the staff is not working with confidential data, go all out and fight the case.

1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps
3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..

Non competitive  law is abuse by many local companies


Non competitive  law  is only apply to EXECUTIVE like Manager and above that has the authority to HIRE and FIRE and have the say to alter company structure and on be in director boardroom meeting


NON EXECUTIVE worker cannot be applied








like last time 
employer and agency  asked non executive employee to sign a three months payback salary IF THEY QUIT WITHIN THREE MONTHs

singapore judge SAID IT IS ILLEGAL TO ASK EMPLOYEE TO DO THAT!
