With more direct options available to buyers and sellers, I can see why some agents might feel like their role could be shrinking. But I think there’s still a place for agents who bring real value, especially in complex transactions or when clients want that personal touch. Even high-profile real estate figures, like Barbara Corcoran, emphasize the importance of adapting to changes in the market.
