yes old HDB , actually new HDB EPIC is worst. Within one year or so , flaws etc come out.

Old HDB already 30 years ++ , come flaws is nature will come due to wear and tear from years.

But EPIC NEW BTO FLAT fresh build also got problems. You forget news , incident from BTO flat owners too?
