Located beside Yew Tee Point shopping mall, it will integrate housing for seniors with facilities such as a polyclinic, kidney dialysis centre, community club and retail shops, as well as the first hawker centre in Choa Chu Kang town.

to create the 'kampong spirit' let some chicken, duck and piglets roam around freely inside the garden, plant some tropical fruit trees and vegetables around the garden. let the resident manage the place. each household must clock in number of hours to enjoy the harvest.
