I switched from SIMBA to HEYA 3 days ago and have gone on to test the HEYA 100GB for $10.
Reason why j switch is because some minor coverage issue (just 1 place) I encountered using SIMBA. Otherwise, SIMBA coverage a d performance is quite good.
This is my experience with HEYA.
1. Service quality can vary alot depending on crowd density.
2. On MRT I had problem watching YouTube it will just hang and wait ...sometimes it can even load a simple Web page.
3. On MRT you can see connection going from 4G, H+ then 3G.
3. My user experience is much worse than when I used SIMBA.
While it advertise a competitive service using SingTel network, the service quality is poor. I suspect the network gives low priority to Heya user.
Alot of times it has connection issues. When it connected to speed can be quite low
My advice is before you port over you might want to just try it out for 1 month before porting your main line over.
Anyone one using Heya would like to share experience here?
