Based on the video, it could only show that the relevant people who manages the QO were not well communicated. The anxiety that the individual who were first notified to the day these individual get a phone call was after a few days.

That’s seem kind of poor coordinations.

And the hotline were unable to get a response or call back after a few days. One tend to wonder how does the situation are controlled?

It’s a blessing that this HK lady is “obedient” what if someone who care less? Would this post a threat?
