This proved Govt disregard safety of citizens. Knowingly otters entered landed homes and attacked koi fishes and attacking passers-by as well, they stil refused to act. There are many elderlies walking around in housing estates and it posed great dangers. And children in landed homes surroundings can get injured too. I once reported 2 otters loitering at mei ling st Queenstown neighbourhood, ACRES refused to take actions.

Too many animal lovers around. Difficult to do the job. Even catching crow is obstructed by these animal lovers.

Walaueh, any animal or human can do things that harm others or things, all has to be culled & killed?
We should instead make it illegal for all pets and kids and old people to be allowed outdoors so that they would not be harmed. This makes more sense.
