For Readers who don't know - Musk has a long fue and legal fight against OpenAI, the ChatGPT-maker, esp its CEO Sam ALTman..

Musk & Sam, were one of the co-founder of OpenAI - which basically means open source AI.

OpenAI was started in 2015 (wow 10 years liao!) with original mission statement as a "non-profit" organisation.

Musk put $ into OpenAI over the concern with danger of AI. He quit in 2018 over disagreement with Altman.
