FTA's is good if PAP can manage it. It is like drinking excessive milk . .. end up with breast cancer or something.
So, no point telling us CECA is good when those few areas already show it is not.
For the last column and bottom row, I agree. Because Foreign MNCs ( I recall some1 told me it was DHL/ TNT Worldwide) must sponsor pocket money and breakfast for those primary kids from poor family.

PAP don't know because their Social Services don't do much to help our own society. Free meals from temple, free tuition from church, breakfast from foreign MNCs, TV donation to help the handicap . . .
Time for all these to STOP! PAP can set $500 to $2,500 levies from FTs then they know how much they have failed.
