It js easy to make mmenh when interest rate is high and the bank can charge large amounts for loans

But once interest rates come down banks will see net interest margins fall...earnings decline and stock will move down from its peak.

Wonder why the atock is still hovering bear the peak as interest rates are poise to move down.
