Hawkers just react to whatever suppliers/wholesalers of imported raw materials, the reits culture of making every real estate property into reits passing all costs to tenants, hdb flats commanding over $1m, a failed policy by our housing ministry. Everyone has the same mentality of passing down all costs to end consumers starting with every ministry. Increasing gst has these exponential effects of sky high no limits increases costs.
