Is nasdaq setting up a bull trap???

I read on reddit said this is forming the right shoulder,

I no expert in TA.

Any TA expert here can shr a bit,, i know disclaimer lah.. no one can be always right, will not 
finger pointing.

I am still half vested.. tonite early chiong than as usual weaken now.. i think 
investor still worry another 0.5% rate increase in sept 19/20 FOMC.

and many businesses conitnue to cut back on exp.. LHL also point out next yr bad year.
and many data come out tat show spore also not doing as well..

todauy nasdaq up strong cause of NVDA earning after mkt close...
