Bro. you are right is saying that the town council officer should check on the erection of the tent-age for obstrction, but anyway the contractor should be fined for not allowing a free passage for fire brigade access....... ......

Tactically SHOULD BE Town Council and that Funeral company

- Town Council , upon approve and feel the funeral company will see the " those guidelines and set up ? " never send officer personally to spot check?

- Funeral company, never follow the rules by Town council ?
