If your assumption that their decision to rent the stall was based on last year good take home profit, then it is a right decision. Last year was in the midst of a Pandemic and yet can drew a large profitable crowd and this year the crowd is gone suddenly without Pandemic. Something is not right somewhere which I think must be your assumption. ...
