It should be sync if time zone setting is set to auto unless the battery in your Notebook is faulty.

Try change your laptop CMOS battery if there is any. This is the normally the first step of troubleshooting. Some newer laptop may not have this battery.
Another easy way, hope it works is to reset your bios by choosing load default mode, save and reset. This is most workable method if your laptop fails to detect network card.

if the cmos battery is dead, the date and time will be reset to many years ago, not just a few days ago.
