$40k or $60k to upgrade LKK HDB with more problems??

Govt betrayed us. During Gct time he promoted our HDB flats despite 99 years are assets for our retirement. We voted for them again and again and again etc because we entrusted them. Come on who wants to pay huge amount once flats are old. Eg now flat's cost $500k just stay in until 99 year's up is better ( 500,000/99). Once over 40+ years old we will be out of jobs n drive taxis. Enough of debts debts debts.
