The writer doesn’t know what’s he or she is trying to,say

Vesak Day falls on 15th lunar day on the 4th lunar month every year
It usually falls in May
But this year, there’s a leap month which happens every three lunar years
This year it is the leap 2nd lunar month (which comes after the actual 2nd lunar month) which therefore pushes the fourth lunar month to June
Hence in Singapore Vesak Day is 2 June which is the 15th lunar day of the 4th lunar month
In Malaysia, it has always decided by their Buddhist Federation to celebrate Vesak Day in May after every four lunar months regardless of whether there are 13 lunar months in a lunar year
So it did not take into consideration the leap 2nd lunar month in 2023
In Indonesia, Vesak Day holiday is actually on 2 June 2023
But is declared officially on 4 June 2023
It is because their religious council which determines the religious dates does not follow the lunar calendar but is based on the full moon through astronomical calculations

Tampines, Punggol, West Coast-Jurong West GRCs, Jalan Kayu & Tampines Changkat SMCs can be taken!! THIS IS THE TIME!
