Interesting than BTO flats can so fast finish which HDB bragging

Mainly the I'd firm also sub contract out. Act as the middle man for BTO unit is because it is bare not much hacking but for resale some do need hacking and depend on the seller.

Recession next year who still got money renovate? I remember 2002 many renovation contractors go bust.
