who cares for smes

when they employ you
you need to work

• 5.5days week
• 10hrs a day
• must handle every department but only get paid on 1
• must curry favour regardlessly
• must able to take scolding vulgarities and personal attack
• handphone must be on standby 24hrs
• handphone bill not claimable
• with personal computer and printer the best
• annual leave 7days
• on leave needs to be reachable
• leave can be cancelled as and when
• mc not claimable
• on mc deduct salary
• a personal assistant to all except yourself

so, 

go fück yourself smes if you are one of the above

These companies would rather pay higher salary to foreign workers than to hire local(older) at a lower pay.

True indeed that even locals care less about SMEs because their pay is low, benefits are poor and the bosses are often horrid.

It seems that this Govt is inclined towards large Foreign MNCs and Banks to favour FTs where these are the jobs our children prefers. Obviously, their policies is not tackling the Root of the Problem.
