Their Elitist system, process with lapses causing policies to fail, using out-dated SOP and worse, over- pay SAF ARmy Generals to be soldiers . . . . très problématique, tous!

Bro., thank you for your reply.  Many generals will want to become a minister cos, the remuneration is so great....million dollars yearly pay and in additional $16K per month for MP allowance. That is a lot of money to be made.  Eat cannot finish..... nudie

This really sounds very logic. These officers are getting so close to the diners and considered very high risks. Such rules are so stupid and brainless.  Don’t the Govt aware of this?

Good point.

I also have seen 4 Police officers checking identification of 1 man at MRT Station. 

Maybe they are just joining the fun and not working.
