If shelf the first time, the second and third time will become normal. Indication there is a lack of quality people in the administration. It is not surprising. Mostly are on contract and young and inexperience chaps today. The difference is, they won't stay around to see through these projects.

Those on contract are usually young staff. They have no sense of belonging. They can lose their job anytime. Heard there are some who have been there for more than 10 years. LTA just refuses to offer them a permanent role. I know a young chap has just turned down a job offer because of the 2 years contract. They did not tell him it was a contract job during the interviews.

already burst into bad light if still no change course is waiting for bigger problems.
people can keep quiet but it will come back. like the foreign worker dorm issues. that keep remind voters of the problem every now and then.
minister who does not attend meet the people session be aware. mp first then minister.
a meet is a chance to get votes. gone are the days where people will auto vote because of party.
more acute is jobs. if one no jobs and still see many foreigner getting their jobs sure not happy.
top most urgent to solve. no point curn the economy by gardening , constructions when no jobs for the people.
those segment increased gdp, make contractors rich and provide jobs more for foreign worker then locals.
