first of all this is not racism because the person bullyy the worker is also Chinese by race.
he is taking out his unhappiness with govt policy on the worker....which is wrong as it is not the worker's fault she is employed there. the employers should hire people who can speak English as there is a large population that do not speak Mandarin.
