Once you sign on...and work as regular...everything will be different from the video or what you heard from outsider...
Working as regular..for 7 years...most of them wandering around around waiting for tasks to do...because there will always be ample manpower to do a simple task...but only 1 out of 3 ratio will actually do the job diligently..the other teammates will be just waiting for 10th of month for paycheck.
