Houthis has so far shot down 7 American MQ-9 drones, each drone costs $30 million.

So dunt anyhow buy MQ-9 from the U.S., it is not only very expensive but will be shot down easily by anyone with a RPG from the jungle

Each MQ-9 drone cost $30 million...inclusive inflation % and GST.
