yet why now reported by cna 95.8 that sengkang tc run by workers party is much cleaner as compared to previously run by ng c m of pap

Either some in the media are beginning to break ranks with the PAP propaganda machine, or this is a smart way to drive a wedge between the Aljunied-Hougang group and the Sengkang group.
