I’ve seen people stretch themselves thin thinking the good times will last forever, only to get caught when conditions change. Personally, I’ve been careful about balancing risk in my own investments. I recently worked with https://youland.com/ when I was looking into a property deal. They were really open to discussing my options, and I felt supported throughout the process. They don’t push for unrealistic returns or timelines, which made me feel more secure.

Really smart and rich peepur will never boast about their riches and exploits online.

Only boastful and weak peepur with inferiority complex feel the need for positive affirmation from netizens. These types… shake head… will never amount to much Smile

I think it's horrible because there is something called recession....when it comes your financing plan will get crushed.

1. He has 2 Singapore residential property using his own name.and his wife to avoid ABSD

2. He has 3 industrial property in Singapore these are high rent but shorter lease. What people do is take a loan and use the rental to service the loan.

3. He bought 4 UK property from a developer that has not started payment ...and has not been built yet.

What he is doing is nothing new nor smart its called over leveraging and often based on assumptions of recent past when...hen property performed well...when conditions change it can be quite bad

There are people now go cash converting property into cash and only kept one for own staying.

If smart, things are flexible and can be converted into other forms.

My experience is actually local properties make money.

KL and China properties hardly.
