Mine takes between 60 to 64 minutes to fully charge from 0% to 100% 33 watt phone.

Nope, not true. Those are for other kinds of batteries. Nowadays is lithium ion so try not to let it drop to zero.

I remembered reading somewhere that it is best to charge at 30% to let the battery last longer. Let me go google.
