IS ALL THE SAME , people always get mislead.

You tell not the same??? than why stat boards, even schools , polytechnic their staffs also got Mid year july and year end bonus as stated By Govt release , " how many months "

those in stats boards ALSO GOT THIS mid and year end bonus same with those in so call Public sectors.

Why and What is " stat boards " is so call got " some private people inside the managment yet also got public servants "

BUT As mention for the staffs working in stat boards They Also having the SAME mid year July and year end bonus with civil servants in public sectors.

IF YOU say not the same than let me ask you why in stat boards got Gov people ? and why the staffs in stat boards also having the SAME bonus just like civil servant in public sectors?

Wrong lah. Stat board bonus don't follow civil service. LTA bonus definitely more than civil service due to your uncle's contribution to COE.

" most civil servants Don't dare to move out from their comfort zone " , maybe they do " side hustles " since the job not say tough daily report to work , knock off from work on the dot , work stress honestly speaking cannot compare with private sectors, etc "

Because got lots of scholars to take care of. And everyone wants to progress to be a CEO. That's why govt related are all top heavy. Don't worry they will never mistreat their mgt cos they won't want these top people to be misaligned with the govt.
