Actually if you had heard the whole “clarifications” made today, it was meant to be 3 + 3 + 3 but was subsequently changed to 4 + 5 years. If I remembered correctly.

I know you would think that in total it is still 9 years but technically it is not 9 years. This would be something that they can “debate” or “challenge”, in my opinion.

Sell the house is an excuse lah. If u sell yr house, will go find yr replacement house via a bidding? Yr buyer cant wait for u forever, you are tome pressed to fins replacement housing. Unless u know u sure win the bid. If not, no one will do that
