can singapore help sri lanka by sending oil in exchange for land use rights with confirm employment and export of food to singapore.
in that way sri lankan get something that they need immediately now.
singapore get a secure supply of food source with labours for many years ahead.
we will also build friendship with a nation in need of help and in years may help us.
