So, if I have 6 lucky numbers, is it better to buy 1 System 7 or buy 7 Ordinary?

Assuming I will win 6 winning numbers (which is the grand prize)

Good question, and it deserve a good answer

For 1*system 7, you'll get 1*38% and 6*5.5% of the prize pool.

For 7*ordinary, you'll get 7*(38%/7) of the prize pool

So system 7 is better

Calculating TOTO winnings can be a bit tricky at first, but it's pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. Basically, you multiply the number of correct picks by the odds for each, then add up the totals. If you’re betting on multiple games, you’ll need to account for each game’s payout individually.I remember when I first started, I was a bit lost, but then I came across this handy article on choosing the right casino game for your style: https://nothing2hide.net/gaming/how-to-c...lay-style/. It really helped me understand the different aspects of gaming better and made things a lot clearer.

For the probabilities of winnings:

1. 6 out of 49

P(6, 0) = 1/c(6, 49) = 1/14m

2. 5+1 out of 49

P(5 , 1) = c(5, 6)c(1, 1)c(1, 42)/c(6, 49)

3. 5 out of 49

P(5, 0) = c(5, 6)c(0, 1)c(1, 42)/c(6, 49)

4. 4+1 out of 49

P(4, 1) = c(4, 6)c(1, 1)c(2, 42)/c(6, 49)

.... So on and so forth

C(m, n) means number of combination to choose m out of n, can be found online
