How to make yourself don't take nap ?

heard some claim if wanna sleep well is don't take nap

whereas some claim is good to take nap so later your mind is refresh

Take a short nap like half to 1 hour is alrite. But, not good to nap longer than that. It give a better relaxation of mind and wil feel more refresh.
