there are many free online sites, just post some nice photos and give the details, you'll get many enquiries from agents and maybe a few buyers. for private properties, you may even get oversea buyers

Sis, I sold my 5-rm flat in Queenstown myself.  It is not difficult.  There is a 1-day course conducted by HDB, with the presence of Realty Association, CPF Board and HDB officials who will answer any questions that you might have.  Got few free websites for you to advert and download your house photos.

Selling a house can be a rollercoaster ride, huh? I checked out the thread, and your tips are solid, especially if you want a quick sale. From staging to pricing right, it's all about making that first impression count! In my opinion, the key is finding that sweet spot where the price is attractive but still gives you a fair deal. It's like walking a tightrope, balancing between profit and speed. But hey, patience is a virtue, right? I'd love to hear what others think about this. Do you believe in the power of staging? Or maybe you have some insider tips to share? Let's swap stories and help each other out!

You can saves lots of agent commission. Is not that difficult if you are IT-savvy. Also, HDB is very helpful and wil do their best in guiding to close and handle the sale.
