How to start exercising or just get moving when every part of your body say ‘no’

A psychologist advised against setting outcome goals such as “I want to lose weight”. Instead, set behavioural goals that are achievable and action-oriented. For example, "I will brisk walk for 30 minutes, five times a week".

Everyone will eventually pass away, so if we exercise diligently, it just means that we will leave this world with a better looking figure.
