China  js afraid that geb Huawei chop.is used by US military for offensive weapons hence likely to put an export ban to prevent export of the chip to US.

The Huawei 910B is much cheaper  and more powerful tha Nvidia A100 will be available jn China India and Malaysia as a direct competitor to Nvidia in these countries.
