the reason it ish empty ish cos they advertise it to foreign buyers like china buyers or sinkies...so ppl treat it as vacation home and thought got potential to rent out rah...

In view of the many abandoned malls and office buildings in Johor, why did the developer embark on such a mega project at 1 go instead of slowly scaling up the housing, eatery and shopping sites?
