Some of their food depends what you eat is ownself scoop one. Say beehoon you can kiap alot then hide some  expensive dish underneath and put some cheaper dish on top of bee hoon and let the cashier count. Unlikely cashier use fork or spoon to flip the beehoon see underneath got dish or not. I never do that but then it happens becuz news from my spouse family news hehehe.
